I am in a public law library in Virginia and one of our services includes
responding to inmates requests for information. We only provide information
when they provide us with a specific citation. I have recently received a
letter from an inmate in South Carolina. We are only able to assist inmates
in Virginia. Is there a law library in South Carolina that provides
information free of charge to inmates? Thank you for your help.
