    Hello,

I have an attorney who is looking for a Wisconsin case that isn't
turning up anywhere (WL, LX, Pacer, E.D of WI site, CCH, etc). There
were other decisions with these parties, including a PRRB decision, but
this particular case cited below is not coming up in any database. We
find references to it in many places, but not the actual full text of
this case. If anyone, especially those in WI, have any additional
resources or books that might have this case in full text and could send
to us this morning, we'd be very appreciative and would gladly
    reimburse.

St. Elizabeth Hospital v. Heckler, No. 82-C-656 (E.D. Wis. Jan. 30,
    1985)

    Thanks!
    Jennifer Smitherman
