Report of the Subcommittee on Leveraged Buyouts to the Committee on
Bankruptcy and
Corporate Reorganization for the Association of the Bar of the City
of New York (Dec. 23, 1988).
This report is cited a few places but was never published, nor was it bound
and archived by the NYC Bar Association. It seems they only archive the
reports of the committees, not the reports of the subcommittees.
If you have this, or can direct me to some source that may have it, I would
be most appreciative.
