    I note that in 1995 this was requested on law-lib and later fulfilled.
    Efforts to contact that librarian have been unsuccessful.
    I am looking for 1982 Pre-approval Promotion Guidance.
    This guidance was issued by the Food and Drug Administration, Drug
    Marketing, Advertising,
    and Communications Division (formerly called Division of Drug
    Advertising and Labeling).
    I checked the New Developments binders for 1983 in the CCH Food, Drug &
    Cosmetic Law Reporter. I do not have 1982.
