    Good Afternoon,

    I am trying to obtain a copy of Chapter 5 from the above referenced
    book. I unsuccessfully processed several OCLC requests and also
    contacted the ILL Department at the Cornell School of Hotel
    Administration (only to find out that the book is currently
    unavailable).

    I will pay any copying and transmission costs associated costs
    associated with this request. If more convenient, I can receive the
    book on loan, copy what I need, and promptly return the book at my own
    expense. Specifically I am seeking:

    Chapter 5, "Project Finance," by deRoos, JA in "Developing Hospitality
    Properties and Facilities" (2nd edition 2004).
