We have recently been having a lot of trouble with CCH in regards to
both customer service and the resources themselves. We have been shipped
wrong material, incomplete material, and coffee-stained material (in an
envelope with no coffee stains, indicating it had happened before being
placed in the envelope).
Yesterday, an attorney noticed an error/complete lack of update in the
Blue Sky Law Reporter itself. CCH has now admitted it made a mistake and
is making the update.
Is anyone else having these sorts of problems? Has anyone asked for a
letter of acknowledgement of the problems and received it?
Thank you for any feedback,
Christine
