I am helping out a librarian who needs this for an attorney who is
writing a law review article. Here is the information I have:
Case title: Mauricio Hochschild v. Ferrostaal.
Court: Chile Supreme Court, January or February 2008.
This case is about international commercial arbitration.
Attorneys for Ferrostaal: Carey y Cia, Santiago, Chile. www.carey.cl
The following piece of information has not been verified: this case
first was heard in Germany after which it was transferred to Chile.
She checked Lexis, Westlaw, law reviews and legal periodicals. She
called and wrote the law firm listed above but no response from them and
the article submission deadline looms.
Any help, clues or insight would be greatly appreciated-thanks-
