I would like to thank Jay Hansen, a reference attorney at Thomson/West who
went above and beyond last week to help me with a CJS index problem. It
appeared as though we were missing pages in the c to d index. Turns out
there was a printing problem; the pages were there, but out of order. Jay
found out about that mix up, let me know about it AND followed up by making
sure I had pages from the 2008 index in case the pages were in our volume
were still missing.
I often see postings on this list about troubles with vendors and wanted to
make a point to bring a positive experience to everyone's attention.
Thank you Jay - I really appreciate all your help.
