Good morning -
I'm looking for the following unreported opinion:
Comptroller of the Treasury v Matthew Bender & Co.; No. 1996, Md. Ct. of
Spec. Appeals, June 29, 1989.
Its not on Westlaw or Lexis. I've contracted the Maryland court and the
archives - neither claims to have it.
It was cited in State Taxation by WG&L (in the footnotes.)
I'm happy to pay any associated costs if by some miracle you happened to
