My favorite case: Mayo v. Satan, 54 FRD 282.

I often use it for training--it's hysterical.

Can't recall its name, but is there not a USA decision throwing out a
purported civil suit against Satan, on the basis that the defendant did
not reside in the jurisdiction ?

We were going to have the kids find "fun" cases - we got the 5th
Circuit Judge Garza Talking Heads case, the Conway Twitty Tax Court Memo
Decision. Can anyone else think of some interesting or unusual cases
off the top of their head?
