    Would someone be so kind as to send along a PDF copy of the cover to the
    March 2008 issue of the International Financial Law Review.
     
    I'm trying to determine what the exact text says in the upper right
    corner of this particular issue; particularly the line that begins "Why
    China..." and the one beneath that.
