Please let me know off-list if you have any recommendations for Web-based
applications to handle scheduling of employee shifts, tracking vacations,
etc. I'd be interested in considering either the model of an application
to adapt and run on our own Web server, or (even better) subscription-based
outside Web applications (like, e.g., basecamp or todoist). I'm thinking
of something that would allow staff in a department to see their schedules,
submit schedule requests, etc., in the browser, and for a supervisor to
edit, approve, and block out schedules on the calendar.

    Thanks for all advice/recommendations!
