Good morning - I am looking for a copy of the Settlement Agreement
between Merrill Lynch, the IRS, and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern
District of New York that would have been executed during late March or
early April of 2000 as part of the global yield-burning settlements.
I've attached an article to give more detail. We have the SEC
documentation, it's the agreement with the IRS/US Attorney's office that
we're trying to get.
So far we have contacted the SEC, IRS, the US Attorney's office for the
SDNY and nobody can locate it. I'm waiting to hear back from BNA Plus
but thought I'd send this out in the meantime.
If you have any suggestions or even better just happen to have this
