Hello All,
I have request which necessitates finding out if an individual has a
fixed or adjustable rate mortgage on their property. The property in
question is located in California. Unfortunately, the mortgage records
I have seen on Lexis/Accurint/Westlaw do not go into that level of
detail. I am hoping someone has had success in locating this
information and can point me in the right direction; however any and all
suggestions are of course appreciated.
Thank you.
