I am in need of some assistance from Kentucky law-libbers
Information on the Kentucky state OSH plan is available at:

On that page is a reference to the CFR which I retrieved and does give the elements of the State OSHA
What I am looking for is the contents under the heading "Specific Provisions of the Kentucky State Plan" The webpage gives an outline but does not provide nor link to the full text. Can anyone tell me where I can find this?
