Hello. I sent the message below awhile back. I only got two responses
    to my inquiry. They were:

We installed West km two years ago. For the tags, we used the Worldox
tags that already existed. Worldox is our document management system.
We had excellent buy-in from our attorneys - they love the new system.

I was involved in a rudimentary form of knowledge management with my
firm several years ago -- I rolled out a document management system and
helped coordinate the tagging or coding standards.

Thank you very much for your replies. I am certainly interested in
    hearing from more people.

    Kathie

Hello. If anyone out there has been involved in his/her organizations
knowledge management efforts, will you let me know the ways in which you
have created meta data (or tags) for documents? I am interested in
learning about any software applications or otherwise. I would also be
interested in hearing about any issues arising with regard to the
creators/users "buy in" to the system.

If you need more clarification, please let me know.

    Thank you

    Kathie
