    Hello,
    We are searching for the NYS Department of Taxation's "District Office Audit Manual'. We believe that there might be one for income tax and one for sales tax and if so we are interested in obtaining both of them. We have tried the state library, the NYS tax department and various other sources but are not having much luck. If you have any information about these manuals we would appreciate your assistance.
