    Hello,

    I am in urgent - end of business today or 9 am tomorrow, Eastern time -
    need of the 1997 and 1998 versions of specific portions of the Malaysian
    "Income Tax Act 1967, " particularly sections 3, 3A, 3B, and 3C (3C is most
    important of all), as well as Paragraph 28 of Schedule 6, in English. My
    impression of these from current text is that they should not be long
    sections.

     I have searched OCLC and contacted multiple domestic institutions
    (Columbia, Berkeley, Ohio, and left a message with an institution in
    Hawaii), including ones that own other dates in hope of finding it, I've
    got some material coming from the Library of Congress, but this is more of
    a legislative history, and not the text; I've contacted the Malaysian
    publishers, and a Malaysian university that offered an English site and
    heard nothing back.

    There are sites which seem to provide this material in English but either
    the cost is prohibitive or the turnaround in starting the subscription is
    not soon enough. If anyone has this material, we can pay for copying and
    transmittal (electronic, due to time), or if you can refer me to a
    reliable, English-fluent contact (librarian, or similar) in Malaysia who
    may be able to help within the tight time constraints, please email me
