Good afternoon,

I'm trying to track down some information in an article published in the
March 4th edition of The PIPEs Report. The title of the article is:

"Rule 415 Threatens APO Market."
Two recent comment letters from the Securities and Exchange Commission
are threatening to disrupt the financing market for reverse merger
companies.

If anyone subscribes to this publication, could you tell me which SEC
comment letters the article is referring to?
