Subject: [LAW-LIB:55097] Docket research in specific USDC court
I am trying to
locate the top 50 ( or even 25) law firms that have filed the most patent
cases in a particular jurisdiction. I have tried Courtlink and West's
Litigation Monitor, and neither can do this type of search. West's
Litigation Monitor should be able to do this, but the initial search will first
pull all cases from that court which number in the thousands and the search
won't go through. I also looked into the docket files in Westlaw and Lexis
and did not see a work around there either.
Any help or
suggestions would be appreciated !
Thanks,
Jim
