Subject: [llsdc] ILL : Vol 14 Virginia Register
Does anyone have this issue and some time to be willing to look in it
and look up the final adoption of Title 12 section 30-90-264? The reg
has an effective date of 12/1/199 ,volume 14 is the "adoption" of these
regs and should cite back to where they were first proposed. I am
looking for both documents , but more important is where the language
was proposed. Many thanks.
