On April 2, 2008,Ann Cullen, a Curriculum Services Specialist at the Harvard Business School,will present Researching U.S. Corporate Documents. Cullen will show you how to find and use these important sourcesof company information for strategic advantage in your business decision making.She will give you an overview of the role of public companies in business, andshow you how to research U.S. company regulatory and legal documents includingfinancial, FERC, bankruptcy, and UCC filings. She will also cover SEC filings,as well as other company reporting and communications channels.
Cullen is a nationally-recognized expert on identifying, researching, and using
business information. At the Harvard Business School, she works with faculty to
ensure that the MBA program incorporates an understanding and use ofbusiness research resources into the course curriculum. She gives seminars andassists with corporate research projects for Harvard Business School students,faculty and alumni in addition to teaching workshops to corporate executivesand information specialists in the U.S. Cullen was previously the Financial Librarian at the Harvard BusinessSchool’s Baker Library and before that worked at Credit Suisse First Boston,Chase Manhattan Bank, and the American Management Association. She has also been a trainer for EricssonTelecommunications in Rome and the British Embassy.
