I have searched high and low for this law review article:

Huei-Hsien Huang, The Effect of IP License in the Event of Bankruptcy-
an Examination under Taiwan Insolvency Law, 19 Science & Technology Law
    Review 32 (April 2007).

It is published by the Science & Technology Law Center located in
Taipei, Taiwan. I have looked to no avail on Westlaw, Lexis,
HeinOnline, JStor and EBSCO. None of those have the article and they
don't even carry the journal. I looked on LegalTrac and ILPB and didn't
find it. I have done several searches on Google, Metacrawler and
several other places to no avail. I can't even find this journal on
    WorldCat.

I did find an abstract of the article at the Science & Technology Law
Center's web site, but they didn't have the full text of the article.
That abstract can be found at http://stlc.iii.org.tw/e-epaper/ep02.html.
I also spent a long time looking around that web site trying to find the
article in English. I even tried to pull up some of the Science &
Technology Center's pages in Chinese and attempted to use Google's
translation tools to see if I could find the article.

I have emailed the Science & Technology Law Center twice in the past
week. I tried to email the author of the article (she works at the
Science & Technology Law Center) but I can't find her email address.

I'm stumped. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated?
    Thanks.

    pat
