Hello,
I am searching for an unreported NY case with very little information to go on. A judge in Monroe County apparently overturned a PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) agreement sometime within the last couple of years. We think that one of the attorneys involved may have been from Hodgson Russ. It is possible that the Monroe County IDA is one of the parties. If anyone has heard about this case or can be of assistance please let me know.
