Hello over there!
We are looking for an order issued from a Washington Superior Court on
2/29 dealing with Frye admissibility standards in an asbestos case. A
Dr. Samuel Hammar was precluded from testifying that any exposure to
asbestos is a contributing factor to mesothelioma. If anyone has access
to this and can share, I'd really appreciate it!
