Thanks to everyone who got back to me re Indexmaster. I have gotten an
email from them and I'm hopeful all will be resolved.

I was asked to summarize for the list - the comments ranged from:
      "Our Indexmaster is still online and working" and "I just tried on
our account and got in fine."
to: "I had a hard time contacting them when our sub was up for renewal",
and " I have had questions about them for almost two years. Went
through the same thing, phone calls unanswered (not even a place to leave a
message), unanswered emails."

So it's not just me, but it's not everyone either. Many thanks to everyone
who responded. It was a big help.
