I'm trying again in the hopes that more of you will be willing to share
your experience. If you like it (or not), please say why.

Hi everybody - I've been asked to do a survey of law firm, corporate or
state agency libraries who have experience with West km,. Do you like
it? Or not? I'd be interested in your opinions, which will be
confidential.
