    I have an attorney who remembers seeing a version of the Federal Rules
    of Civil Procedure that was approximately the size of The Bluebook: A
    Uniform System of Citation. It was also a spiral bound book and not only
    contained the rules but also the comments. Does this sound familiar to
    anyone?
