I would recommend taking a look at the ABA LPM webstore. Here are 3 ABA
LPM books (and 1 not yet published) that might fit your needs.

Besides buying books on the topic, you can also sometimes buy individual
    chapters.

    1. How To Get and Keep Good Clients, Third Edition

    2. Through the Client's Eyes: New Approaches to Get Clients to Hire You
    Again and Again, Second Edition

    Author: Henry W. Ewalt

    Publication Date: May 2002

    Regular Price: $79.95

Entity Member Price: $69.95 (Law Practice Management Section)

    3. Think Again! by Jeffrey

    oduct.AuthorBio&aid=23748', 500, 375, ',resizable=1,scrollbars=1')> L.
Nischwitz ( this book is about "creating a client-centric law firm and
delivering great client service, differentiating your law firm from
other firms, and developing the specific skills and strategies needed
for effective and productive relationship building and business
    development results.")

    4. LAW FIRM ASSOCIATE 'S GUIDE TO CLIENT RELATIONS (This book is to be
    available around July 2008)

If your firm wants to hire in-house speakers on client services, I can
recommend some speakers (Roy Ginsburg, Jay Foonberg, Irwin Karp, Andrew
Ellowitt, Ed Poll). Contact me off list for their email addresses/phone
    numbers.

    Hello all,

We are looking to add to our collection some materials that discuss how law firms can provide excellence in client service.

    Can anyone make any recommendations?

    Thank you.
