It appears most ppl use Accurint and there is a new flat rate service
called Merlin which may be cheaper but also less current and/or
accurate.
We were hoping for something with a bit more transparency - its hard to
pin down where the Accurint report info comes from and how old it is.
They claim the source of their data is proprietary information.
