Hi all,

I have a major longshot that I'm tossing out there in the hopes that someone
can help me in the next two hours. I'm looking for an article from the 10/07
issue of the electronic ABA newsletter *IP Remedies*. The article is
entitled *Trends in Patent Damages* and the authors are J. Shawn McGrath and
Kathleen M. Kedrowski. Here's a link to the newsletter:

checked my usual sources and the attorney can't wait for me to order it from
a service tomorrow. If anyone out there could fax or PDF it to me, that
