I need some help doing legislative histories in Oregon and Virginia for
laws enacted in 1997-98. For example:
--what is the best way to locate minutes or other legislative documents?
--what is the best way to submit a request--phone? fax? e-mail?
--is anything available online?
--what kind of turnaround time is typical?
