    Thanks for the heads up. We don't have the State LLC and Partnership
    set, but we do have Aspen's Corporation Service set, online and in
    print, and both versions include the amendments made by 2006 AZ Chapter
    320. The relevant page in the Corporation Service print set shows that
    it was added by supplement way back in September 2006. Seems odd that
    one of the Aspen/Wolters sets has the current info, and the other does
    not. Me thinks the editors need to get together for lunch and beers
    more often.

    Just to let the members of this listserv know that the Arizona chapter
    of this set by Aspen/Wolters is not up to date. We discovered that
    Arizona amended their laws in 2006 (Chapter 320 sect.38 effective
    1-1-2007), but our set (and yours, too, I would guess) shows that
    Arizona has not been updated since 2002. We are not missing any
    supplements and our set was updated last month. I sent an enquiry to
    the editorial staff and the reply was

    "Unfortunately the set is updated by lawyers from each state and they
    are not always involved enough or prompt enough with updates"

    I think we deserve better than that for the $1,440.00+ paid for
    supplements in 2007.
