What online products do you use for Immigration? Are your users happy with the product(s) you use? We are currently using AILALink, and are interested in finding online immigration materials which might take the place of the AILALink product. AILA recently discontinued their CD version and went to an online version. We have encountered various problems, including search results that do not include obvious matches. Our users are frustrated. We did have the Matthew Bender Immigration Library a few years ago, and the attorneys did not like it either. Please respond off-list.
