    We have the following donated items to offer. Both of them are looseleaf
    treatises, not up-to-date:

     

    1) J. Thomas Oldham, Divorce, Separation and the
    Distribution of Property (Law Journal Press 1987, updated through
    Release 24, 1999) (1 binder)

    2) John M. Cunningham, Drafting Limited Liability
    Company Operating Agreements (Aspen, updated through 2005-2 Supp.) (1
    binder)
