Cindy:
BNA's Internet Law News used to be a very useful source for similar
material, but their new format is simply awful. I can't make heads or
tails out of what they're sending out anymore, and I do hope that
they'll return to their "old and unimproved" email format, as their new,
html-based coding is simply illegible for text-based email programs
(which I understand to be more useful, from a computer security
perspective, than automatically reading and downloading email directly
from the html -- of course, if I'm mistaken on this parenthetical, I
fully hope that someone will correct me!).
Best,
dkp

up RSS feeds for all of these. For new litigation (generally those

coverage. Also, most of these sites post links to other useful
resources.

the subscription level detail, the free version provides enough
information most of the time to track down the litigation. You can use
the RSS feed or subscribe to the daily newsletter

- good litigation news coverage, topical issues, etc.

- Each week, they post new patent cases filed that involve biotech or
pharmaceutical companies under the headline Court Report (see latest at
<http://www.patentdocs.net/patent_docs/2008/02/court-report.html>http://www.patentdocs.net/patent_docs/2008/02/court-report.html).
FYI, most tend to involve brands suing generics after they've filed an
ANDA.
