There are a lot out there. I can recommend the following; you can set up
RSS feeds for all of these. For new litigation (generally those recently
filed over the past few days), I find IP Law360 has the best coverage.
Also, most of these sites post links to other useful resources.
IP Law360 (http://ip.law360.com) - even without the subscription level
detail, the free version provides enough information most of the time to
track down the litigation. You can use the RSS feed or subscribe to the
daily newsletter
GigaLaw.com (http://www.gigalaw.com/news/) - some litigation news, mostly
focused on Internet & high tech IP issues
Patently O (http://www.patentlyo.com/patent/) - good litigation news
coverage, topical issues, etc.
Phosita (http://www.okpatents.com/phosita/) - coverage of IP lawsuits at
http://www.okpatents.com/phosita/archives/ip_lawsuits/
Patent Docs (http://www.patentdocs.net/patent_docs/) - Each week, they
post new patent cases filed that involve biotech or pharmaceutical
companies under the headline Court Report (see latest at
http://www.patentdocs.net/patent_docs/2008/02/court-report.html). FYI,
most tend to involve brands suing generics after they've filed an ANDA.
