You can buy the Vault Guide to the Top 50 UK firms. I think it is only
$35. It looks like each firm lists their other offices and how many
lawyers they have in the main office but you would probably have to look
them up individually to see how many lawyers they actually have in the
U.S.
It is a large report...over 400 pages.

Subject: [LAW-LIB:54410] UK firms with no presence in US?
Hello!
We are looking for a list of the big firms in London/the
UK/Europe which have little to no presence in the U.S.
(For example, Allen & Overy, which is headquartered in London
has offices in 20 different countries, including a small office in New
York. So their presence in the U.S. is pretty minimal.)
Can anyone suggest a resource for me?
