    I am looking for examples of mitigation agreements entered into between
    the U.S. government and foreign acquirers of US companies. I am hoping
    to find copies of such agreements that may have been filed by public
    companies in connection with significant acquisitions by foreign buyers.
    The terms I've used to look are CFIUS, mitigation agreements and Exon
    Florio Amendment in SEC filings and I've contacted my Lexis & West reps
    but have not heard back from them yet (I don't expect those sites to
    yield much). If anyone has any leads as to where else I can go, I would
    be extremely grateful.
