I have found references to 12 N.Y.C.R.R. § 142-2.16 re: the salary requirement for the Administrative Exemption for overtime. But when I pull up that reg online, it refers to something else. I've looked at the adjacent regs but no luck. It appears there has been some re-numbering. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
