Hello. I wonder if anyone knows of a tape that would describe for a
non-U.S. person how a U.S. trial works, and what it is like to give
testimony and be cross-examined, etc. I know about the BNA tape on
preparing a witness for a deposition in a business case. That is part
of the way to what I need, but not exactly. I am really envisioning
something quite basic, and more general. Thanks for any ideas.
