Do you have access to Lexis or Westlaw? Both have jury verdicts
databases that I use often to find unreported decisions involving
specific experts. Idex is another great source for expert testimonial
histories, but there are certain restrictions (for defense counsel only)
(http://www.idex.com/).

Subject: [LAW-LIB:54431] Expert Testimony
Hi. A client has asked if she can view the record of testimony of a
certain expert witness in securities litigations. I have scoured the
expert's web site and found nothing regarding specific instances of
testimony or even expert advise. I have browsed certain online
commercial "expert" databases such as Martindale-Hubbell and not found
the expert in question. Googling her name also does not pop up any open
databases of experts. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I will
collate responses and post to this listserv. Thanks.
