Hi. A client has asked if she can view the record of testimony of a
certain expert witness in securities litigations. I have scoured the
expert's web site and found nothing regarding specific instances of
testimony or even expert advise. I have browsed certain online
commercial "expert" databases such as Martindale-Hubbell and not found
the expert in question. Googling her name also does not pop up any
open databases of experts. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I will
collate responses and post to this listserv. Thanks.
