    Anthony --

We all have access to the second edition, courtesy of the Library of
Congress. It's included as volume 18 of the American Memory Statutes at
    Large set <http://lcweb2.loc.gov/ammem/amlaw/lwsllink.html>.

The table of statutes in the second edition has not been updated past
    March 1873 (see page 1160)
but I found at least one marginal notation to your act, at section 693
    on page 129
    <http://lcweb2.loc.gov/cgi-bin/ampage?collId=llsl&fileName=018/llsl018.db&recNum=201>.

But because your act did not take effect until May 1875, I would think
it would be noted in the margin but not incorporated into the text of
the Revised Statutes (containing acts in force as of 12/1/1873).

The disposition of the act according to McClenon & Gilbert's Index to
the Federal Statutes 1874-1931 (1933) is:
Section 1 Implied repeal (doubtful) by Act of Mar. 3, 1891, ch. 517,
    sec. 6, 26 Stat. 828
Section 2 Transfer of duties by Act of Mar. 3. 1911, ch. 231, secs.
    289, 291, 36 Stat. 1167
Section 3 Express repeal by Act of Marc. 3, 1891, ch. 517, sec. 14.,
    26 Stat. 829
