    Does anyone have a report from 1982 they would be willing to fax/scan
    for me or tell me the best way to obtain a copy? I'm willing to pay all
    associated costs. This is in reference to the Michigan Courts homepage:
    Trial courts submit (through MCAP) annual caseload reports as required
    by MCR 8.103(7) and MCR 8.110(C)(1).
