We are trying to locate an article from the December 15, 2007 issue of the
International Financing Review. Either within that issue or as an
external supplement is published the IFR Review of the Year. As part of
the IFR Review of the Year, we are trying to obtain the pages that discuss
the Emerging Markets Awards. particularly the Emerging Market Bond and
EEMEA Awards for the Republic of Ghana bond issues. We are happy to pay
for any reasonable costs associated with the copying of these pages.

issue and the particular pages that I've described.
