We are looking for billing rates for paralegals/legal assistants, patent
agents, law clerks, and litigation support staff, specifically in
Intellectual Property. We've been told the attorney has already checked
the AIPLA economic survey but these categories were not on it. Three of
us have been running searches for this information for several days now.
Does anyone know of any sources for this billing rate data?
The years of reference would be 2004-2007 (this can be either per year
or as a range inclusive of all years).
