[LAW-LIB:54165] Mega .TIF files on CD - tool to search/print?

Hi all -
My organization received a CD from the U.S. DOJ with thousands of folders
and thousands of documents in .TIF format. In addition to the thousands of
folders and files, it comes with a .DAT file that appears to be an index and
an .XRF file.

Do you know if there is a software program that can work with these files to
allow for easy searching and printing?
