I'm hoping you can help me. I would like to improve our Contracts collection, specifically in the area of negotiating and drafting. I would appreciate any of your suggestions for good treatises or other resources in this area. We have and frequently use Drafting Effective Contracts: A Practioner's Guide, Robert A. Feldman and Raymond T. Nimmer; Farnsworth on Contracts, E. Allan Farnsworth; and Negotiating and Drafting Contract Boilerplate, Tina L. Stark. We also have Modern Law of Contracts Howard O. Hunter; Commercial Contracts: Strategies for Drafting and Negotiating, Morton Moskin; and CEB's California Law of Contracts. However, if there are other titles that you would like to suggest I would love to know what those are.
