How's this for a Friday request...
We need a particular section of the Texas Department of Corrections'
Security Manual, section 03.03, which deals with contraband.
It isn't on the web and when I requested it directly from the TDC, they
told me that they have to have their legal counsel clear it first before
they send me a copy.
So...do any of you crafty librarians have this hidden in you secret files
somewhere?
